This quarterly program offers opportunities to network, enjoy refreshments, connect with a caregiver support specialist, and join in creative projects and interactive learning. Staff will be available to help with activities.

 Beginning in July, our new programming and location will take advantage of our Phoenix Food Hub Teaching Kitchen to create simple, healthy snacks in an effort to focus on self-care as one very important aspect of caregiving. Refreshments will be served.

Michel Chamsarian will lead us in creating a delicious summer fruit salad, and gardening enthusiast, Michelle Parr, will help  us make summer floral arrangements to take home and enjoy.

Phoenix Food Hub is located on the First Floor of GLSS’ office building at 8 Silsbee Street in downtown Lynn.
