GLSS has decided to CANCEL tomorrow’s training event at North Shore Community College - Decision-making in Later Life: Drivers and their Families, Safety, and Mobility. 

Our agency made this decision as we are receiving information about the evolving Coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak. The area’s major medical systems are now clearly discouraging or prohibiting their staff from attending professional gatherings like the one we had planned for tomorrow. Given that tomorrow’s training was intended in particular to focus on providers who serve older persons, the decision was even more clear.
