GLSS is partnering with Uniper Care to bring you an easy-to-use, unique technology that turns your TV into a communication device. Using a simple remote control, you can switch between regular TV and the Uniper network to: chat with friends, family, or health care provider; participate in live classes and group sessions; or watch a variety of programs from a rich content library. Whether you're a senior or a person of any age living with a disability, if you have difficulty getting out of the house, Uniper gives you a way to stay engaged with others and combat social isolation!

What People are Saying about Uniper

"Having Uniper available on my television is a welcome change from regular TV. The variety of videos on Uniper keeps me interested in learning new things. I especially enjoy the chair exercises!"
- Theresa

"I set up a meeting with a client, and told her how to log into it on her end. Suddenly we could see each other and she had a great reaction- 'Wow- I’ve never had anything like this before!' It was like the Dorothy opening the door to Oz moment, LOL!"
- Meredith

How Uniper Works

1.

Apply for the Uniper pilot program using the form below. There is no cost to you to join this program. Once you submit the form, a GLSS representative will contact you to determine your eligibility for the program and will submit your name and contact information to Uniper.

2.

After you are enrolled, a representative from Uniper will call you to confirm your interest and will also confirm your address to ship the Uniper equipment. Uniper will also set up a time for a techinician to visit your home and install the Uniper equipment on your TV. This includes a small box that gets connected to the back of your TV and a small camera that gets mounted to the front of your TV. On the day of installation, after you have received the equipment, the technician will call you right before arriving at your home. All technicians follow COVID-19 protective protocols while in your home.

3.

A few days after the installation, a Uniper representative will contact you to review the use of the equipment and remote and prepare your contact list for video calling.
